Five Stress Reduction Tips

Here’s a useful article by Angela Yates for MakeUseOf: 5 Practical Tech Tips for Stress Awareness Month. Yates recommends apps for meditation, journaling, breathing, and sleep, as well as a short, free, printable stress relief coloring book, which you can dowload for yourself here: A Little Bit of Stress Relief.

Another app that I recommend for meditation is Insight Timer. It includes a very flexible session timer that you can configure to sound various gongs and bells at intervals. It also includes some guided meditations by me, which have gotten user ratings of 4.6 out of 5. Not too shabby, if I do say so myself.
